From your call to the gate in a few hours
Tuesday, 15:10. A machine builder near Stuttgart discovers that a control unit for a customer in Mexico is defective. The replacement has to be there before the weekend, and regular freight will not make it through customs in time.
By late afternoon the routing is fixed: pickup at the plant in the evening, first flight out of Frankfurt the next morning, connection via Mexico City. A courier from our network takes over the part personally, keeps it with them through check-in, transfer and arrival, and you follow every stage in our tracking.
